Conference topics

The conference will deal with the scientific and practical problems related to:

  • the design and operation of food processing machines and equipment,
  • process line design,
  • food engineering,
  • commodity science and research on the characteristics of agricultural raw materials and agri-food products.

The following thematic sessions will be held:

  1. Operations and technologies in agri-food processing
  2. Agri-food processing machines and equipment – design and operation
  3. Automated and computerized systems in the agri-food industry
  4. Quality and safety of agricultural raw materials and agri-food products
  5. Commodity science in food processing
  6. Energy and waste management in agri-food processing
  7. Physical and chemical properties of agricultural raw materials and agri-food products
  8. Transport in the agri-food industry

Abstracts with a length of 1-2 pages in A4 format will be published in digital form (PDF file) as conference proceedings. Abstracts should be prepared in 12-point Times New Roman font (without additional formatting), and they should contain: the title of the paper in Polish and English, the author’s / authors’ full name(s), place of employment (University, Faculty, Department), keywords in Polish and English, and the text of the abstract with figures (if applicable).
