At present the Faculty offers two major fields of studies:

The Faculty employs an academic staff of 76, including 29 professors and assistant professors.
The Faculty of Environmental Sciences and Fisheries of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn is fully eligible to bestow titles of engineer, master, doctor and habilitated doctor of agricultural sciences in the fields of Fisheries and titles of engineer, master of agricultural sciences in the fields of Environment.
The Faculty offers professional engineering studies, master degree and doctoral studies and in the academic year of 2006/2007 it will admits student in the following fields of study:
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Undergraduate studies leading to the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree – 7 semesters
Specialisations:
o Environment protection
Graduate studies leading to the Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree - 3 semesters
Specialisations:
- Biotechnology in environment protection
- Environmental engineering
- Natural resources protection
