I Scientific Conference

The possibility of application of high pressures in dairy technology

21-25 March 2006   Olsztyn, POLAND

Dear Sir/Madame

In recent years we have been observing an increasing interest of many researchers in non-thermal methods of food preservation. High pressure technology belongs to such method. Recently many research works, carried out in many countries including also Poland, have concerned the application of this method in dairy technology.

It seems that due to group of researchers dealing with this subject (from University of Warmia and Mazury too) it would be useful to organize Scientific Conference concerning achievements which have done so far in area of influence of high pressures on milk and dairy products at the Faculty of Food Sciences of University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

It is necessary to emphasize that our University possesses appropriate modern Conference Centre with the possibility to accommodate all conference's participants in high standard's Student Hostels. You can get information about UNIVERSITY OF WARMIA AND MAZURY at www.uwm.edu.pl.
