Koło Naukowe Ochrony Praw Konsumenta wspólnie z Katedrą Prawa Cywilnego II i Prawa Gospodarczego Wydziału Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Warmińsko-Mazurskiego w Olsztynie, mają zaszczyt zaprosić studentów Erasmusa oraz studentów Wydziału Prawa i Administracji UWM oraz wszystkich zainteresowanych do udziału w studencko-doktoranckiej międzynarodowej konferencji naukowej pt.:
Ochrona konsumenta w wybranych państwach UE
Consumer protection in selected EU countries
która odbędzie się w dniu 06 kwietnia 2017 r. na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji w Olsztynie.
Organizatorzy wierzą, że obrady staną się okazją do prezentacji regulacji prawnych i najnowszego orzecznictwa w kontekście aktualnych problemów, które niesie rynek dla konsumentów. Mamy nadzieję, że Konferencja Consumer protection in selected EU countries, wpisze się w aktualne problemy dotyczące ochrony konsumentów w wybranych państwach członkowskich szczególności zostaną poruszone ogólne zagadnienia oraz problemy konsumentów na rynku żywności, usług finansowych, turystycznych oraz w handlu elektronicznym.
• Prosimy, aby referaty były przygotowane maksymalnie przez 2 studentów.
• Konferencja będzie odbywała się w języku angielskim.
Zainteresowanych publikacja informujemy, że wystąpienia zostaną opublikowane w czasopiśmie akademickim wydawanym w formie internetowej (http://uwm.edu.pl/kpp/ czasopismo daje 4 pkt. ), publikacja będzie posiadała nr ISBN.

An International Master and Doctoral Student Conference on
Consumer protection in selected EU countries
The Consumer Protection Law Student Association together with The Chair of Civil Law II and Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn cordially invite all Erasmus exchange students and all students of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the UWM to participate in The International Student Conference:
Consumer protection in selected EU countries
to be held on 06 April 2017
at the Faculty of Law and Administration in Olsztyn.
The organizers believe that the conference will be a good opportunity to present regulations and the most recent court verdicts in the area of consumer protection. We hope that the Conference will shed light on the current problems of consumer protection in EU member states; in particular, in food products, financial services, tourism, and electronic commerce.
• The presentation should be prepared by at most 2 students.
• The conference will be held in English.
For all those interested in publishing their papers: The conference presentation papers will be published online in the university’s law review (available at http://uwm.edu.pl/kpp/, each publication will be worth 4 points). The publication will be assigned an ISBN number.
