Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the organizing committee we are pleased to announce that the XXIVth Session of Young Scientific Staff of the Polish Society of Food Technologists and the VIIth International Session of Young Scientific Staff  entitled Food – yesterday, today and for healthy tomorrow will be held from the 23rd to 24th of May 2019 in Olsztyn, Poland.

This conference is a continuation of annual meetings and provides an academic platform for PhD students and young researchers to present their latest research findings and expose them to the latest trends in the area of food sciences. The conference seeks to put a spotlight on novel research results and facilitate exchange of experiences and views among young and senior scientists. The conference will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars working in the food-related fields from all around the world.

The scientific program will focus on the topics of food processing, current advances in technological processes, food additives, food analysis, designing the quality of new food products and commodity science. Young scientists will be given floor to deliver oral presentation and poster papers and get immediate feedback from world class experts in the field.
We hope that this year’s conference will bring new crucial insights into food sciences and give you the opportunity to challenge your research findings against the state-of-the-art solutions and understandings.
