Designated people will be placed at the Warsaw Okecie Airport in order to direct IGS pariticipants to the appropriate buses and to give necessary information.

Traveling company will transfer all people (6 times per day from 8 AM to 7.30 PM) from the Warsaw Airport to the hotels located in Olsztyn, starting from Friday (July 20,2012) to Sunday (July 22,2012). Price of one way ticket is about 13 Euro.

The same company will also organize (6 times per day from 8 AM to 7.30 PM) transfer from the hotels located in Olsztyn to the Warsaw Airport from Friday (July 27,2012) to Sunday (July 29,2012).
