POSTERS INSTRUCTIONS

Poster presentations will be exhibited throughout the entire ESVP and ESVCP Congresses. The posters will be on display permanently from Wednesday 15th, 8.00 a.m. to Friday 17th, 7.00 p.m.
We invite the authors and all participants for discussion during the coffee breaks in the poster exhibition area.
Poster board size is 1.10 – 1.10 (width and height). All materials must fit within this exhibition space. However, the whole space does not have to be filled.

Please note that the boards will have a standing position.

Poster boards will only be made available for those participants who have registered for the Congress.

Free related publications are welcome near the poster.

REMEMBER!!!

·        Posters with too much information, too much colour and too much design have week messages.

·        Clarity is the KEY WORD.

·        If people see and remeber one visual image relating to one main point, then you have succeede.

·        The objective of a poster is not to explain every interesting aspect of an experiment; it is to show that aspect which is open to presentation through the poster medium.

·        You should stand next to your poster so taht delegates  can discuss it with you.
