CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
• The deadline for submission of abstracts is May 21 st, 2004.
• No abstract should be accepted unless accompanied by the Abstract Submission Form and corresponding confirmed fees. Authors will be notified in June 2004 of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts. Authors of accepted abstracts will also be informed whether the abstracts have been accepted for oral or poster presentation.
• All the oral and poster presentations must be submitted and presented in English, the official language of the Congress.
• Oral Presentations: Free Papers in simultaneous oral sessions – 15 minutes including discussion. Electronic presentation projection is preferred. Single or double projection of standard 35 mm slides will be available.
• Poster board size is 1.10 – 1.10 (width and height). Posters will be displayed during all the Congress. Presenters will be requested to stand at their posters during the coffee and part of the lunch breaks.
• Abstracts will be published in the book edition (with ISBN number) provided full registration has been paid and confirmed.
• The literary standard of submitted abstracts is the sole responsibility of the Authors. Where appropriate, Authors are advised to consult with a colleague experience in use of scientific English before submitting their abstracts. If the literary standard of the abstract is unacceptable, it will be returned to Authors for amendment or rejected.
• The Abstract Instructions should be followed carefully.
• Each communication should describe original and/or morphological or clinical findings on subjects suitable to the topics of the Congress. The abstracts should describe original findings, which have not previously been published. Hovewer, in some cases the abstract that do not describe original research and or morphological or clinical findings may be accepted. In cases of doubt, intending Authors are invited to consult the Scientific Committee through the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee. Regardless of the subject matter of the paper, the Scientific Committee will only accept papers that are of a high scientific standard.
