There are many signs that the works on the thermal efficiency improvement of the building at pl. Łódzki 3 are going to finish earlier than expected.
Although the range of works connected with the thermal efficiency improvement is wide, some progress can already be seen. Nearly all the windows (95%) in the building are replaced. The insulation and elevation are being done. You can already admire first results – the elevation of the West wall of the building is finished. The thermal centre is also being modernised.
On 08.07.2015 in the Vicechancellor's Office of the University of Warmia and Mazury there was a press conference about the thermal efficiency improvement of a building at pl. Łódzki 3. A day earlier the Vicechancellor signed an agreement with a contractor.
