The Faculty of Food Science, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn is the leading center, carrying out research on milk and dairy products. Most of the cottage cheeses recipes and almost half of the traditional cheeses recipes are the result of our research work. Faculty of Food Science educates great specialists who are and will be dairy experts in the nearest future.
