  • In silico analysis of food proteins as the precursors of biologically active peptides (new criteria of evaluation of proteins as the sources of biopeptides; design of protein proteolysis in the aspect of potential release of bioactive peptides)
  • In silico and in vitro analysis of allergenic food proteins

  • Analysis of proteins and peptides using HPLC and LC-MS.
